As designated managing broker, Cody oversees the day to day operations of the firm and serves as the primary client interface. He develops the marketing strategy for each listing, ensuring that each property’s specific needs are met. Cody has represented financial institutions, high net worth individuals, investment firms, and business owners. Additionally to brokerage, Cody develops multifamily properties in East Peoria and serves on the development team for the Madison Theatre renovation in Downtown Peoria. 

Cody is a summa cum laude graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University. Prior to his career in real estate, he worked in corporate accounting at John Deere. A lover of all things outdoors, Cody is a trail steward for the Peoria Area Mountain Bike Association and serves on the board of the Young Professionals of Greater Peoria.

In the real estate business for over 35 years, Jeff serves as a brokerage consultant for the firm.

Jeff’s real estate experience spans both the public and private sectors, including serving as Mayor of East Peoria, Vice-president of the Illinois Municipal League, Chairman of the Tri-County mayor’s Association and many more local government oriented institutions.  During his time as Mayor, Jeff notably was involved with the development of the Par-A-Dice riverboat casino, EastPort Marina, and EastSide Center to name a few.

Jeff served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Cullinan Properties, through which he had primary responsibility for projects including The Shoppes at Grand Prairie, Shoppes at College Hills, Burleson Commons (Burleson, TX), East Court Village and pre-construction development approvals of The Levee District (East Peoria IL) and Streets of St. Charles (St. Charles, MO.)

Licensed since 1973, Mike’s 50+ year tenure in real estate in Central Illinois has focused on securing land options, commercial transactions, multiple developments, and financial institution representation.

For 20 years, Mike was the Chairman of the East Peoria Zoning Board of Appeals. Mike is a lifelong Central Illinois resident and has been involved in ownership of several businesses locally.

Andrew is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. Originally from Florida, Andrew relocated to the Peoria area to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant in orthopedic spine surgery. While still actively practicing medicine, Andrew offers a unique perspective for both young professionals and clinicians who are interested in commercial and residential real estate investing and development. 

Andrew obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University with summa cum laude honors distinction, as well as a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, Georgia.
